When you apply for health insurance through the NY State of Health (NYSOH) marketplace, you may need to provide supporting documents to complete your application. With the NYSOH Mobile App, you can take a picture of your documents, or choose a photo of your documents from your device’s album, and upload it to your account. The NYSOH Mobile App now also allows you to view your eligibility and enrollment dates, program information, and more. The NYSOH Mobile App is quick and easy to use. Following a simple log in from your phone or tablet, you can choose to upload a document to your account or navigate to your account overview to view your account information.
