In addition, an interactive SENTENCING GUIDE provides a fast, easy way to navigate New York's complicated sentencing laws. The statutory structures and texts in the app are sourced directly from the New York State Senate's Open Legislation public web service. The data is not updated automatically when the laws change (please see the Terms and Conditions of Use) but free updates may be released periodically to ensure accurate and reliable information.
