Cardio Blast Approach these exercises in 2 ways: mix all of them into a circuit that you simply perform all directly, or incorporate them into your workday in tiny spurts. App features: • Daily workout plans with exercise video and description • Weekly progress tracking • Multiple workout plans available Slim app integrates with Health App, allowing users to automatically import users activity (steps) from Health App to Slim app. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS Slim is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription: $4.99/week with a 7-day free trial period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase - Free trial subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
 - Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication - Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase - Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
