Welcome to the ATI PT CONNECT App! Log in to access your personalized Home Exercise Program directly on your mobile device. Please note that access is exclusive to ATI PT CONNECT patients. With this app, you’ll find HD instructional videos to guide you through your personalized exercise plan. Don't forget to select 'Mark as Complete' after finishing your exercises so you can track your progress! This app also integrates with your phone’s Motion and Fitness framework to track your daily step count. As you achieve milestones, you’ll earn trophies and medals to celebrate your achievements, which you can view in the 'Awards' tab. Prefer using a different language?
